These terms and conditions apply to the jeweller storefront apps for mobile devices published by Muhammed Urbiyan Polat (the "Service Provider"), currently including: Öz Yıldırım Gold (each, the "Application"). By downloading or using an Application, you agree to these Terms.
Each Application is operated for a single jewellery store (the "Store") with the Store's authorization, and uses the Store's name and logo for that purpose only. Anyone may install the Application and view the price information it publishes, without an account.
The prices shown in the Application are published by the Store and are indicative. They do not constitute a binding offer, investment advice or a guarantee of a transaction price; the final price of any purchase or sale is the one agreed with the Store at the time of the transaction. The Service Provider and the Store accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the displayed prices or for temporary interruptions of the live feed.
An order placed through the Application is a request sent to the Store, not a completed purchase. The Store contacts you to confirm availability and the final price. Payment is not collected through the Application; the Application contains no in-app purchases.
The "Şube Girişi" section is reserved for the Store's own personnel. Credentials are issued by the Store; attempting to access it without authorization is prohibited.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and will post the updated Terms on this page. These terms and conditions are effective as of 2026-09-10.
