This privacy policy applies to the jeweller storefront apps for mobile devices published by Muhammed Urbiyan Polat (the "Service Provider"), currently including: Öz Yıldırım Gold (each, the "Application"). Each Application is the branded customer app of a single jewellery store (the "Store") and shows that Store's live gold and currency prices.
The Store whose brand the Application carries decides which products and prices it publishes and receives the orders you place through the Application. Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and the GDPR, the Store is the data controller for the order information you submit. The Service Provider develops, publishes and technically operates the Application on the Store's behalf and processes that data only on its instructions.
You do not need an account to use the Application, and the Application offers no customer sign-up. Prices, the converter, favourites and price alarms all work without providing any personal information.
The Application contains a separate staff sign-in ("Şube Girişi") used only by the Store's own personnel to manage prices and orders. Staff credentials are issued by the Store; the public cannot register.
The Application collects personal information in exactly one place: the optional order form. If you choose to place an order, you are asked for:
This information is transmitted to the Service Provider's server and made visible to the Store so it can contact you about the order. If you never place an order, no personal information is collected.
To let you see your own order history without creating an account, the Application generates a random device identifier on first launch and stores it securely on your device (iOS Keychain / Android encrypted storage). This identifier is random, is not derived from your device's hardware identifiers, and is used solely to associate your orders with your device.
Like most online services, the server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time, endpoint) for security and troubleshooting.
Your favourites, price alarms and in-app notification history are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to the server. Uninstalling the Application deletes them.
The Application contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs and no tracking technologies. It does not use cookies. Your data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Service Provider may disclose collected information only:
Order records are retained for as long as the Store needs them to fulfil the order and for any period required by Turkish commercial and tax law. Technical server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Data stored only on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the Application.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data held about you (your order records) by contacting the Service Provider at urbiyan@gmail.com or by contacting the Store directly. Include the name and phone number you used on the order so the records can be located. Requests are processed within the timeframes required by applicable law; records the Store must keep under commercial or tax law are retained for the statutory period and used for no other purpose.
You can stop all further collection of information by not placing orders or by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling does not automatically delete order records already transmitted; request their deletion as described above.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so it can be deleted.
All communication between the Application and the server travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS / WSS). The Service Provider applies physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
